Administrative fee
The 2026 operations final rule sets the federal administrative fee at $15 per party per dispute for disputes initiated on or after June 11, 2026.
Entity fee
Each party also pays the certified IDR entity fee under applicable procedures. Entity fees and fee ranges are separate from the federal administrative fee and should be verified at the time of filing.
